Travel and Transportation

(Update 24/12/2024: we are now departing one hour earlier for all times. This change will take place from 27th December 2024).

Our pickup time is 9:30 at the trendy TownSquare in El Nido. Here you can relax before getting picked up and brought to the San Fernando Transport Terminal. Please wait at the Cayo Coco Sign for our boat crew. From the teriminal, our shuttle boat will take you to the island. The total journey time from El Nido is approximately 120 minutes depending on the weather. Check-out from our island is at 9:00 for a return to TownSquare EL Nido (pick ups from Lio can be arranged, contact us for more information).

Group 2: Arrival, Transfers, and On-Site Services

  1. Can I get picked up from Lio or Lio Airport?

    • Due to delays which may occur with the airline, we cannot offer airport pickups. We suggest staying one night in Lio, with a transfer in the morning. Check our package dates for availability to organise this. We can offer a pick-up along the highway near the entrance road to Lio, contact us directly to arrange the time and location.

  2. Can I get picked up from another location?

    • Currently, we only offer pick-ups from Lio or the restaurant in San Fernando for the 11:00 AM boat transfer. You must be at the restaurant before 11:00 AM.

  3. Can I go to Coron from your place or come to your place from Coron?

    • The only way is through a privately chartered boat. Contact us for a customized rate based on your needs, as we do not offer regular transfers.

  4. Can I transfer from Group A to Group B arrival or departure?

    • This is possible if space is available, as our boat transfers have limited capacity.

  5. What activities are available at Cayo Coco?

    • We offer snorkeling, volleyball, billiards, table tennis, badminton, games, movie night, quiz night, and kayaking. Additional services such as scuba diving, fishing tours, massages, and private events are available for an extra fee.

  6. Do you cater to special requests?

    • Yes, we accommodate requests such as private beach dinners with special menus. Feel free to ask about any specific needs.

  7. What happens if I miss my transfer to Cayo Coco?

    • Contact us immediately via WhatsApp (we do not have phone signal on the island). If you're in Group A, we can try to place you in the Group B transfer at no extra cost, depending on availability. If no space is available or you’re in Group B, we may assist in finding another boat, but this will incur extra charges. Missing your transfer might also result in losing part of your experience, but your departure date remains the same.

  8. Do you cater to allergies and special diets?

    • Yes, please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions. You can also speak directly with our chef or management before ordering to ensure your needs are met.

Group 1: Booking and Payment-Related Questions

  1. How can I make a booking?

    • Choose your month, select your package based on available dates, and add your room to the cart. You can also add optional extras like scuba diving or spa treatments. Once you're ready, proceed to "Your Experience Checkout" and pay via card in USD.

  2. How can I pay at Cayo Coco?

    • You can settle your tab at the end of your stay. We accept cash and PayPal (fees are covered by the guest).

  3. How do I book scuba diving?

    • Contact us directly to reserve your spot, or book upon arrival at Cayo Coco.

  4. How do I book a massage?

    • You can book your massage directly through us before your stay or upon arrival at Cayo Coco.

  5. What are the different types of accommodations?

    • We offer dorms, bungalows, cottages with shared restrooms, and premium suites with private bathrooms. Bungalows are budget-friendly with basic amenities, while cottages offer more space and a king-sized bed. All shared restroom facilities are clean and modern.
