CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We cancel trips when a severe weather warning has been issued, and when the Coast Guard does not permit us to travel. We recommend ensuring that your travel insurance covers such instances.

A full refund will only be provided if Cayo Coco Island Glamping cancels the trip. For cancellations made by you less than 30 days before your scheduled trip, 50% of your payment will be forfeited.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 14 days prior to the trip date. We will do our best to cater for changes in the number of travelers or trip adjustments but this is subject to availability. No refunds will be issued for no-shows at the specified time and location of departure.

REBOOKING POLICY

Rebooking or changes to your trip can be made up to 14 days before your scheduled departure, subject to availability. A rebooking fee of $50 USD per person will apply.

You may transfer your reservation to another traveler; however, a $50 USD fee per person will be charged.

FORCE MAJEURE POLICY

Cayo Coco Resort is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by guests due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, missed connections, unused room bookings, or restrictions on boat travel imposed by government authorities due to weather conditions. Such situations arise from circumstances or events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of nature, governmental actions, war, rebellion, epidemics, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, accidents, fires, floods, storms, or similar events.

TRAVEL AGENCY BOOKINGS

The Cayo Coco experience is unique and may not be suitable for all travelers. It is important that our services are not misrepresented to guests who may understand this experience. We believe in harmony with nature and the local community this means we value the eco system and you may encounter all kinds of wildlife during your stay, typical of Palawan. This is the reason we attract tropical birds, plenty of marine life and other kinds of insects.

If you are working with a travel agency to plan your visit to the Philippines, we encourage direct communication with us to ensure you understand the details of our experience. The agents we work with operate either on a commission or mark-up basis. We are not responsible for tickets sold by fraudulent vendors as we take all bookings direct through our website and require all payment to be made to us.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

While travel insurance is not mandatory to join our expeditions, we strongly recommend obtaining coverage in case of illness or any other situation that may prevent you from attending.
