Questions

For Wedding Planners:

• Do you have an on-site event coordinator?

Yes, get in touch with us to discuss and for availability.

• Can we bring in our own external vendors (e.g., photographer, florist)?

Yes but we will need to communicate with them directly before they arrive. If our co-ordinator is engaged to assist you, they will need to also have their details due to logistics.

• What are your venue options for a ceremony and a reception?

You may decide to have your reception and ceremony at our place or on a sand bar and remote island around us. Subject to availability. Sleeping arrangements will be at our place in Cayo Coco Island.

• Do you have a bad-weather backup plan for outdoor events?

Yes we have two back-ups in the event of a bad-weather situation where we are prevented from transporting you to the island. We advise all our guests to take out travel insurance for the Philippines especially for trips between June to January due to the wet season.

• Can you assist with the legal requirements for a marriage in the Philippines?

  • Yes we have contacts who can conduct the legal requirements as well as priests. Message us so we can book this for you.

For Corporate & Group Planners:

What is your maximum capacity for overnight accommodation?

44 persons with 6 different types of accommodation.

• Do you offer exclusive resort buyouts? What are the terms?

We offer this for a minimum of 3 nights. The buyout fee typically includes: exclusive use of the property, all rooms, three meals per day (set menu or buffet), alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and use of standard amenities (e.g., kayaks, snorkeling gear).

A discount is applied to our flat rates depending on the size of the group and time of year. Contact us to discuss this.
